Costing and price list
We always strive to give excellent value for money, as we always have to keep in mind a very fluctuating SA rand. Therefore, we always advise and prefer our prospective clients to make use of our personally quoted and tailor made packages. This standard price list should only be seen as a guideline. Standard prices quoted in US $ only, but feel free to ask us for a conversion in your own local currency.
Day fees

Any wounded animals lost, will be paid for in full.
** Day fees are all inclusive of the following:
• Transport to and from the hunting concessions in RSA from and to JHB/O.R. Tambo International airport.
• Accommodation on own concession on a LDB&B basis
• All local Spirits, Beer and beverages
• A hunting guide/PH
• All tracking skinning and caping of animals / pre-taxidermy preparations
• Laundry services every second day
• Use of rifles in a variety of calibers if required
• In case of emergency a full first aid kit is available in camp.
Day fees do not include the following
• Air fares to and from destination and airport taxes
• Personal medication and hygiene toiletries
• Tips and gratuities
• Ammunition for rifles on use
• Any other personal effects required.
• Personal Insurance that must be obtained before leaving country of origin.
• Any other excursions are on the expense of the clients.
• Day fees do not include trophy fees.
Terms and conditions:
50% deposit on the day fees must be paid to confirm booking at least 3 months before first day of the safari.
This 50% deposit will be deducted from the total price.
Full payment must be received on completion of safari before departure from the hunting lodge.
Only cash, traveler cheque's accepted. Bank transfer for 50% deposit.
No deposit will be refunded upon cancellation. (Recommend insurance taken out to cover any eventualities).
Tree Safaris reserves the right to publish any photos of clients and their trophies for their own advertisement purposes.
